Instead of promising everything, this page is built around what clients actually need most: the right amount of pre-event guidance, a strong planning lead, and a clear handoff into event-day execution.

  1. Start with the planning level that fits your event. Basic, Gold and Premium give different amounts of consulting time while keeping event-day coordination included in the planner packages.
  2. Work through decisions with Mary as the planning lead. The goal is to reduce confusion, tighten direction and avoid last-minute stress.
  3. Move into coordination for the event day. The coordinator may be Mary in some cases, but not always. The priority is assigning the right operational support to the event.
