Bartender and Server Calculator

Providing adequate staff for drinks and service is essential for a well-organized event. The VNV Events Bartender and Server Calculator helps you estimate the number of bartenders and servers required, based on your guest count and bar type.

For large events, the tool also accounts for automatic drink stations, set at 1 per 100 guests, to keep everything running smoothly.

Assumptions

1. Bartenders:

   • Basic Bar: 1 bartender per 50 guests.
   • Standard Bar: 1 bartender per 50 guests, with an automatic extra bartender for every additional 50 guests.
   • Premium Bar: 1 bartender per 75 guests to provide faster service.

2. Drink Stations:

   • Automatically calculated as 1 station per 100 guests.

3. Servers:

   • Default: 1 server per 25 guests.
   • If servers are also serving food, increase to 1 server per 20 guests for more attentive service.
