The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event. Late payment or non-payment can cancel the event services and forfeit the retainer under the VNV service agreement.
VNV accepts Stripe, Square or bank transfer only. Cash is not accepted for event services under the current service agreement.
Once the retainer is paid, the agreement cannot be modified unilaterally. Reductions, swaps or major scope changes are subject to VNV approval and may include additional fees.
Additional services requested during or after the event require written approval and must be paid in full within 48 hours after the event. Overtime and additional labor can also apply.
No. Fees are fully earned once the event becomes executable, including when staff arrives, food or equipment is prepared, rentals are delivered, decor is installed, or VNV is fully staffed and available to perform.
Clients must provide the exact address and venue contact at least 48 hours before the event. VNV requires venue access at least 3 hours before setup and 2 hours after breakdown unless the written proposal states otherwise.
VNV requires two functional power outlets within 10 feet of the setup area unless another power plan is approved. Power needs can change when lighting, DJ, cooking stations, production or photo/video equipment are included.
