Product Description

A house specialty from the VNV kitchen. Ziti baked in a rich sauce under a layer of melted mozzarella, delivered in the tray and ready for the oven. Choose classic beef ragù, creamy chicken or four cheese.

What's included

Small (serves 6–8): approximately 6 lb · 1 deep half pan
Medium (serves 10–12): approximately 9 lb · 2 deep half pans
Large (serves 15–20): approximately 15 lb · 3 deep half pans
Garlic bread, salad and dessert are not included unless added.

Drop-off only. Your order arrives ready to reheat and serve in premium disposable trays — no equipment to return. Setup, serving staff and serving equipment are not included. Chafing kits and plates & napkins kits can be added to your order.

Reheating & serving

Preparation

Keep refrigerated until ready to reheat. Reheat to an internal temperature of 165 °F.

Reheating

350 °F, covered with the foil lid, 25–30 min. Uncover for the last 5–10 min so the cheese browns.

Serving

Let it rest 5 min, then serve straight from the tray.
