Medium (serves 10–12): 9 lb · 2 deep half pans

Drop-off only. Your order arrives ready to reheat and serve in premium disposable trays — no equipment to return. Setup, serving staff and serving equipment are not included. Chafing kits and plates & napkins kits can be added to your order.

Reheating & serving

Preparation

Keep refrigerated until ready to reheat. Preheat the oven, keep the foil lid on unless noted, and reheat to an internal temperature of 165 °F.

Reheating

350 °F, covered, 20–25 min. Add 2–3 tbsp of water around the edges first.

Serving

Serve directly from the premium disposable catering tray or transfer to a presentation platter.

Plating

Transfer to serving pieces only when desired.

Presentation

Keep refrigerated until ready to reheat or serve when applicable.
