Reheating & serving

Preparation

Keep refrigerated until ready to reheat. Preheat the oven, keep the foil lid on unless noted, and reheat to an internal temperature of 165 °F.

Reheating

Lechón: 325 °F, covered, with a little mojo, 20–25 min. Moros, yuca, maduros: 350 °F, covered, 15–20 min. Salad: serve cold.

Serving

Arrange components for easy service and follow the included VNV guide.

Plating

Transfer to serving pieces only when desired.

Presentation

Keep refrigerated until ready to reheat or serve when applicable.
