Park shelters and other reservable amenities are booked through the City of Aventura Online Registration System, which requires a registered household account, and the City lists open fires among the activities that are not permitted in its parks. Because a crepe station is live cooking equipment, confirm directly with the City's Community Services Department whether your specific setup is allowed before you commit to a date. VNV Events does not apply for or guarantee permits, reservations or approvals.
A covered cooking area, a safe power source close to the station, a clear load-in path, and whatever the building requires from an outside caterer, which often includes a service elevator or loading dock window and vendor documentation. Exact power and placement requirements are confirmed with your venue before the proposal is finalized rather than assumed.
