Pavilion use on City of Coconut Creek property runs through Parks & Recreation. Permits must be obtained at least three days in advance, all pavilions are reserved at the Sabal Pines location, reservations are walk-in only and a government-issued photo ID is required. A pavilion reservation is not the same thing as approval for an outside cooking vendor, a tent or a generator, so confirm your specific setup with the City before you commit to a date. VNV Events does not apply for or guarantee permits.
Clubhouse and community rooms in Coconut Creek neighborhoods such as Winston Park, Cocobay, Wynmoor and The Crossings each set their own rules for outside vendors. Ask your HOA or property manager what vendor approval and documentation they require, what the load-in window is, and whether onsite cooking is allowed in the room you reserved.
