Rentals and permits for City facilities, fields, courts and park pavilions run through the Cooper City Parks and Recreation Department, and the City states that facility rental and permit requests must be submitted 14 days before the usage date. The City also lists barbecue grills as not permitted at its sports complexes, and neither barbecue grills nor bounce houses are permitted at neighborhood parks, which do not accept private-party reservations at all. Because a crepe station is chef-attended cooking equipment rather than a grill, ask the Department directly how it treats that setup at your specific facility.
