Events held on City of Coral Springs property are booked through the City's rental process, and the City maintains a separate special-events permit process for organized events, along with its own applications for vendors and mobile food operators. Onsite cooking, tents and outside vendors are exactly the details those reviews look at, so confirm your specific event and space with the City before committing to a date. On private property, the homeowner, the HOA or the venue sets the rules instead. VNV Events does not apply for or guarantee permits.
Mullins Hall is a City venue inside Mullins Park, and the City also rents halls, meeting rooms such as the Everglades and Sawgrass rooms, and park pavilions. Reserving the space and getting onsite cooking approved are two different questions, so ask the City whether live cooking is permitted at that specific space and what review it requires before you send invitations.
