Lazy Lake is a very small residential village and does not operate the kind of special-event permit office that larger Broward cities run, so there is no municipal event page to point you to. That does not mean nothing applies: confirm requirements for onsite cooking equipment, tents or temporary structures, generators and parking for your specific address with the Village and with Broward County before you commit to a date. VNV Events does not apply for, obtain or guarantee permits or approvals.
Almost always at a private home, on a covered patio, a level driveway or under a tent on the lawn. The village is residential and has no public hall or banquet venue of its own, so some hosts book a venue in a neighboring Broward city instead. When that happens, that venue's and that city's requirements govern the setup rather than anything specific to Lazy Lake.
