The Village of Pinecrest states that a Special Event Permit is required for a special event taking place on public or private property, that the application is submitted not less than twenty days in advance, and that the event may not be held until it is approved by the Village Manager. The published requirements include a completed application with a non-refundable permit fee, a site plan showing temporary installations such as tents along with locations for electricity and water, a parking or traffic control plan, and a food and beverages plan. Confirm how the rules apply to your specific event directly with the Village. VNV Events does not apply for or guarantee permits.

The published Pinecrest Gardens rental rules list cooking on site, grilling and open flames among the activities that are not allowed, which is a direct constraint on a live cooking station.
