Filing deadlines and fees scale with expected attendance and start at 15 days in advance. Confirm your specific event directly with the City. VNV Events does not apply for or guarantee permits.

The City lists a four-hour minimum for Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals, reservations at least two weeks before the event and a $250 security deposit at the time of reservation.
