Each one has its own rules for load-in, timing and sound.
Events at the Surfside Community Center or elsewhere on Town property need a Special Events Permit ($80 fee), issued under Town Code Chapter 35 (Events). Generators and other noise-producing devices need Town Manager approval, which is why we plan volume and cutoff times around the venue, not just the guest count.
