Questions
Before you reserve
What is included in the pasta station for an Aventura event?
The published station includes a choice of three pasta varieties, three sauces and two proteins, plus fresh ingredients and finishing toppings, buffet setup and decoration, and two hours of live-chef service. Final selections are confirmed in your written proposal.
How much does a pasta station cost in Aventura, FL?
The current published starting price is $19 per guest with a 25-guest minimum for the main station. Delivery, taxes, upgrades, product variations, availability and the final total are confirmed in the written proposal, and current pricing is shown on the product page.
Do I need a permit or an approval for a live cooking station in Aventura?
It depends on where the event is held. In a condominium, club or private venue, the association or club is usually the approving party for an outside caterer and for cooking equipment in a social room, on a terrace or on a balcony. At a City of Aventura park, requirements are set by the City. VNV Events does not apply for, obtain or guarantee permits, park reservations or building approvals; the host, venue or planner is responsible for confirming current requirements.
Can the pasta station be set up at a City of Aventura park?
Ask the City directly rather than assuming a shelter reservation covers it. Reservable amenities are booked through the City's Online Registration System and a registered household account is required first. The City lists open fires among the activities that are not permitted in its parks, and a pasta station is live cooking equipment, so the setup has to be described accurately to the City. Non-resident admission is charged at City parks, and City parks use a lightning warning system that stops activities when it activates.
What does the station need on site in an Aventura condominium or club?
Plan for a covered cooking area, a safe power source the venue has approved for catering equipment, a reserved freight elevator and loading dock window, a clear load-in path to the station position, room for a guest queue that does not block circulation, an agreed service window for the included two hours of live-chef service, written venue approval for onsite cooking, and a weather contingency. Exact venue requirements are confirmed in the written proposal.
Can vegetarian, vegan or allergy needs be accommodated?
Dietary directions should be raised while selections are being made. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-related accommodations are reviewed case by case and confirmed in the written proposal along with the final pasta, sauce and protein choices.
