What is included in the pasta station for a Kendall event?
The published station includes a choice of three pasta varieties, three sauces and two proteins, plus fresh ingredients and finishing toppings, buffet setup and decoration, and two hours of live-chef service. The final pasta, sauce and protein selections are confirmed in your written proposal.
How much does a pasta station cost in Kendall, FL?
The current published starting price is $19 per guest with a 25-guest minimum for the main station. Delivery, taxes, upgrades, availability and the final total are confirmed in the written proposal, and current pricing is shown on the product page.
Do I need a permit for a live cooking station in Kendall?
Kendall is unincorporated, so there is no Kendall city hall. On county-owned and operated park and recreation facilities, Miami-Dade County requires a Parks Special Events Permit, and the County notes that agencies outside the Parks department, including regulatory and public safety agencies, may require their own permits, which the event organizer is responsible for obtaining. On private property, the terms come from the HOA, club, office or banquet room. VNV Events does not apply for, obtain or guarantee permits or approvals.
Can the pasta station be set up at a Miami-Dade County park such as Tropical Park?
Tropical Park is a Miami-Dade County park, and the County's reservation listings show it accommodating events up to 5,000 guests across categories including corporate events, corporate picnics, weddings and festivals. For parties at county picnic shelters, pavilions and cabanas, the County states that only registered party vendors are allowed, so ask the park how that applies to your caterer before planning a station around a shelter. The County also notes that tents 10 feet by 12 feet or larger require a Short Term Event permit and that specific permit requirements should be confirmed with the venue.
What does the pasta station need on site in Kendall?
Plan for a covered cooking and service area, a safe power source the venue approves for catering equipment, a clear load-in path to the station position, room for a guest queue that does not block circulation, an agreed service window for the included two hours of live-chef service, written venue approval for onsite cooking and a weather contingency. Exact venue requirements are confirmed in the written proposal.
Can vegetarian, vegan or allergy needs be accommodated?
Raise dietary directions while selections are being made. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-related accommodations are reviewed case by case and confirmed in the written proposal along with the final pasta, sauce and protein choices.
