Before you hire our services, we need to understand your needs; that's why the first step is a 30 min free consultation where we will be talking about your vision and needs. Then, you will receive our contract and the option to make your online payments. To save the date and the working conditions, we need to process your first payment first.

Before making your first payment, you will receive our portfolio and references for different ideas for your events. Also, you can send us any file that could complement the creative process of our team. All that documentation will be included in the contract to ensure we are on the same page.

If for any reason, our team can not attend your event, you will receive a full refund of your payments. If you decide to cancel your event, the amount of money you paid could be used for another event in the future.

Once you decide to work with us, you will receive the phone number and email of your event coordinator, who will be in touch with you all the time needed during your event preparation.

An additional service represents a different contract if you have already signed the first one. If you decide to extend during the event, you will receive a DocuSign file to your email that should be signed for you before continuing the event.
